  1. Hello
My name is Mike Dwyer and like many others, I found it necessary to move away from WNY in order to find work in my passion. That was about 35 years ago.
Today I am hoping that what I do and the work ethos and sense of community I grew up in still thrives in WNY because the 21st century is made for people with a desire to excel and and the ability to collaborate to get stuff done.
I am an Agile/Lean /Scrum Coach. I help teams of people and organizations adopt and integrate Agile Principles, Lean methods, and Scrum Practices and then out perform, out deliver, and out satisfy any competitor in the world. It works, the companies and teams that have moved to Agile and Scrum are kicking butt. I am working with the infoTech Niagara and looking to work with the WNY PMI and other professional organizations to provide Scrum training and certification so that fewer people have to say “I used to live near Buffalo”.
If you want information on this, contact infoTech Niagara about what they are doing to make this happen. If you want to know about Scrum and Agile visit our site at http://www.bigvisible.com. If you want to learn more about the impact of Agile and Scrum, take a look at the conference sessions at any of the software gatherings. If you think this is just for IT and software then please look up Lean construction and engineering.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
